Being a Harbinger

Like the Robin is a harbinger of spring, we are harbingers of change. Not only do we help organizations through their change we also help them foresee, plan and manage change that is coming.

About Us

The business landscape is changing at an accelerated pace, with disruptive technology innovations like cloud applications and big data now being the norm. Leaders are tasked to deliver more value for less budget, and more insights and rapid decision-making from an increasingly complex array of tools.   Organizations seek value from IT investments, outsourcing, and innovations in their business models. A new system or optimized processes can deliver value only to the extent that the people involved are engaged, enabled, and empowered.   Harbinger was founded to provide businesses with a top-tier, reliable, flexible, and value-oriented consulting option to support them through their Change journeys. This is done by leveraging our tier-1 consulting experience, by sharing our deep insights into a wide spectrum of people-change heavy initiatives, by assembling and developing great talent, and by fostering a true partnership approach and attitude with our customers.
